Privacy Policy

We process only the data you give us yourself:

• the email address you enter in the waitlist form,
• if the form opens your email app: the content of the message and the sender details you choose to send.

The website does not create accounts and uses no marketing cookies or advertising analytics. The hosting provider keeps technical logs necessary for the security and reliability of the website.

• keeping the waitlist and sending an invitation to SignalBoy.Ai: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract),
• replying to your message: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: contact about our product),
• establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• website security (technical logs): Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing your address is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you an invitation. We do not use your address for a newsletter or for marketing mailings.

We keep a waitlist address until we send the invitation and you create an account, or until you ask us to remove it from the list. We keep correspondence for as long as it continues, and then until any claims would become time-barred.

We keep the website’s technical logs for no more than 30 days.

We use a hosting provider for the website and the product, and an email provider that delivers invitations and correspondence. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell data and do not pass it to other companies for marketing purposes. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling. We decide the order of invitations from the waitlist ourselves.

This policy covers the website and the waitlist. The processing of data in the product (account, saved material, conversations) is described in the terms of service and the product’s privacy policy, which you will receive with your invitation.
